Hello there, so a few days ago, while surfing the internet, I cam across this quote
“These, and many other commonly observed phenomena tend to show that it requires a minimum of about 21 days for an old mental image to dissolve and a new one to jell.”
I was really excited when I read this but after doing some research I found out that this was more of a myth than a fact. It actually can take from 18 days to 234 days to build a new habit. So, in this post I am declaring that I am going to test myself and see how long it would take me to build a new habit.
I am thinking of leaving all the games I play, YouTube and Twitch. I will still be active on Pinterest, Twitter and Instagram, the reason for this is that I use these platforms only for my blog.
Reason for taking up this challenge
I think that if I stop wasting my time on these platforms I can grow much better as a person.
I have already started my challenge on 5th October 2018. I will be posting updates about this challenge every week. *I hope this works*
I really hope this changes me for good and helps me to be more productive.
I will still be uploading posts at regular basis.
